Hi, I am Richie Gill Owner of Mission Floor Care. I have been serving the central coast professionally since 1991 and can honestly say that I enjoy what I do for a living. Mission Floor Care takes great pride in performing top quality services. I guarantee superior results and have gained respect from thousands of people. I got my start in the floor care business right after high school in 1988 working on floors at the local Lucky grocery store. Then in 1991 my parents and I operated a Service Master franchise here in San Luis Obispo for 9 years. During that 9 years I worked for a few thousands customers and employed a service team of 34 employees at one time. In 1999 I made a name change and went independent, and since 1999 I have stayed on a small scale business plan. I enjoy every day, and I'm honored to be welcomed into all of my ongoing residential and commercial accounts. I want to thank all the people who have put their trust in me over the years. I like spending my spare time with my family I have a teenage daughter that keeps me busy most of the time.
Since 1991 I have encountered every situation possible and dealt with lots of people. My main goal is customer satisfaction, I do everything possible to meet expectations. I continue to take ongoing classes and exams to be on top in the floor care trade. I do the job right the first time, without any headaches to you.
I don't stop with just the training, also I purchase the best equipment and only use approved cleaning agents that will get the result expected. I could go on about high temperatures amount of CFM (vacuum) PH of cleaning solutions and so on, but it does not make sense to the average person.
What does make sense is a promise from myself to go beyond your expectations.
